Returns Policy
We understand that buying online is not always easy, and sizes vary depending on the style and the manufacturer. For this reason, we try to make returns and exchanges straightforward. We want you to be delighted with your purchases.
If your items are unsuitable or do not fit properly, please send them back to us within seven working days, and you will receive a no quibble refund provided that:
The items are unworn, in the condition they were sent, and in the original packaging.
If you wish to exchange the same item for a different size or colour, we will not charge you postage & packaging for the replacement item.
Please ensure that you complete the Exchange/Returns form and return it to us. We value your feedback and will do our utmost to offer you small shoes and things you will love. So, if we got it wrong, please tell us.
